In case your package arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace your order. Please contact us for further details.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply return the empty vial or package after using and explain why you are not satisfied. You will receive a full refund including all payments and commissions through the same payment method you used when placing your order within 12 business days.
Please, you must ensure that your mailbox is safe enough to prevent the package from being lost or stolen.
For direct home deliveries, our delivery agent will have your package delivered at your home address.
Our refund Policy
We always try to provide you a proper delivery with our courier partners. If in any case, you do not accurately get your delivery, you may claim for refund by contacting us via email and live chat.
Here are some conditions under which you may file and receive a refund:
If in case of any reason, you want to cancel your order, you may do it within 3 hours of payment before the order is sent to the shipping department.
If you do not receive your order within 5 days of payment processing, you can ask for a refund. But in the following cases, we don’t issue refunds.
You can request a refund if you get a damaged delivery of your product. We will surely take and immediate action on that to replace your order.
A refund or return request may be rejected for one or more of the following reasons:
